  7. Well for one Petro and T/A have raised shower prices and up to 60 gal. To even get a shower. No more points
    Loves has stepped up it's game with diamond status after so much fuel. You get free showers all month and it carries over to month after also.
    And free refills of fountian drinks ect. Flying hook is close but better than Petro/TA

    Yes you need more weight in your ars

    @AModelCat, if you’re planning to bodybuild, go ahead and bulk up. If you’re trying to do anything else, don’t bulk up that way. You hit your mid 30s, that becomes really difficult to cut up. I understand that you want to put size on, but you want to stay lean while building.

    If you want to look better faster, back, shoulders and triceps. Heavy as you possibly can once a week. Legs twice a week. And every day. Deadlift on your 2nd leg day each week. Meditate during sets while you’re resting.

    Late 20's. 165lbs. I don't plan on eating it all lol. Made it for a family gathering. I have a pretty clean diet for the most part. Once in a while I like to indulge.

    Oh I took your advice from a while ago. Bought some more weights and started playing more with negative reps. Seeing some good results. Especially after switching it up from 2 or 3 high rep sets (12-15) to 5 or 6 lower rep sets (5-8).
