Biceps are small and easily overtrained. I didn’t do much for biceps because I did heavy back work. For big guns, I worked the triceps hard.

This may be a repost, I just learned about it. This is a rookie mistake. Not knocking pilot cars again...just emphasizing what I've said in the past:
I've never seen the pilot car that didn't miss a turn.

407000lbs caught off route. Hey drivers, if you are required a pilot car, it is your responsibility, not his, to read and understand that permit. When that pilot car meets you for the first time and they tell you how long they've been in the business and how big that million pound load was that he moved last week, it doesn't mean anything other than the D-R-I-V-E-R delivered the load safely.

So, when the pilot cars come up to you talking grand talk, do not allow them to convince you that they know what they're doing and that you don't have to study that permit. Most pilot cars are people who couldn't make the grade at CREngland. You wouldn't trust an England truck to lead you to the Promise Land, would you?

What's the prize for winning employee of the year? A picture with the boss and a xeroxed certificate? Or a week's pay and vacation in the company time share?

Two years ago this was a trail of destruction after a tornado came right across the lake and tore up the golf course and all the nice homes next to it. They’ve come a long ways.
