That's what I was always told as well since the triceps have more muscles than the biceps. I tend to get a pretty bad imbalance with my biceps. They grow more on the inner head but not so much on the outer head. I've started doing barbell curls with a grip narrower than shoulder width and it seems like that targets my more stubborn outer bicep head.

I luv the stuff. You should feel it in the bottom of your stomach first and then come back up warm. Not just hot on the way down.
