From what I understand from when I was hauling Toyotas you'd probably get a better deal on a Tundra. A little more coin but apparently people think an awful lot of those Tacoma's.

The new Rangers haven't been selling all that well but they are pretty quick with the turbo 2.3 four cylinder and the 10 spd automatic transmission for the low end XL trim at $25,500. Two wheel drive and rubber floors instead of carpet but it still has a extended cab. All of them have the same engine and the 270 horse runs the light weight version to 60 in 6.0 seconds and the quarter in 14.6 @ 96mph, which is pretty good as long as you don't have to have a 4wd version. That's an expensive option. Over 4 grand for that.

I died a little inside when I priced out a Chevy Colorado with the Duramax.

Decision is easier when I remember my F250 is paid off, and that I'm allergic to payments.

    I like my Taco.

Want a newer one with the manual and 4x4 though. Has enough towing capacity for what I plan on doing. If I needed the V8 I’d go Silverado or tundra though :)
