    Hi,
I'm new guy just got accepted to MA terminal for training I'm wondering if somebody can tell what Superior pays after training I know its.56 per mile but was told there is a lot extra but never explain.
I know they will pay $100 per day or$13.5 per hr. for training.
    Thanks

    .56 loaded
    .44 empty (I think)
$20 an hour for whatever you can get your terminal to pay for.

Layover pays 10 hours after 14 unpaid.

Load unload flat rate $20 for first 2 hours.

$10 a night to sleep in truck.

    Termite20 Thanks this.

Could you give an update on your experience. I am looking to get on with a chemical tanker company. It would be my first chemical tanker job, I have just under 3 yrs driving. I am in the Allentown Pa area.

Rob can you break down how the layover pay works I'm still somewhat confused by it. Let's say your off duty at noon Friday and do not load out till sunday. Would it pay 10 hours then wait 14 hours and pay 10 again?

That is correct. 14 hours off then the pay clock starts for up to 10 hours. Then 14 off 10 pay continues until you get moving again.

if you do a 34, it's $200. Now 48 hours and it'll be closer to $400. I did right at 47 at markham about 2 weeks ago. that was fun...took a Lyft ride to the Metra station(4 miles away) and went to Museum of Science & Industry. Haven't been there since we lived in Chicago(mid 80's). Might as well get paid to 'sight see' if I can. haha
