If he's getting demurge it's okay. The Trucks that are empty are the ones who suffer then. But loaded, when things are set up fairly in the contract, still gets paid something. Which is only fair since they can't go anywhere, or not very far away at most.

 

Yeah we charge for anything over 2 hours.

 

Yeah. It takes so long between low range gears that you can shift, accelerate and shift again in a manual Truck. Really bothers any Driver worth his beans. You wonder whether it failed every shift.

 

She'd look really good with a grain hopper hauling off the field!
