Yep, I see it 15 to 20 times a day. lol
I watched a roadway hit some black ice on an overpass with empty trailers and some serious wind blowing. That puppy wrapped all around itself.

It blows.

 

It's a little hard to avoid when they cross that divider, wonder what the underlying cause was, driver fall asleep?

 

yes..yes this is common..FedEx, spends thousands of dollars a year to train thier driver to do high quality
stunt driving, for the yearly truck roadeo.

once you get back on the raod, stay far, far away from FedWrecks.....in fact, if you have a fast enough truck, speed on past him,

 

FedEx Ground is almost a mega carrier except team. Contractors will hire out of school or low experience drivers. Contractors will pay low also. Best I made running hard for a contractor was 55-60k 9 years ago. But they have up the pay since. Also I believe it’s pretty easy to put a truck on as long as it’s newer. A lot of foreign drivers also.

On a positive note FedEx Ground looks excellent on the resume and it’s doubles experience. Believe it or not.

 

They are called fed wrecks for a reason
