    I'm not far from ya and been thinking about running teams. Thats all my company hires now. Are you saying you are staying with your company? I've worked everywhere and wouldn't leave this one. A million good reasons. Oh, I'm Male. I'm professional and just a company driver so we'd be equal partners. Not a weirdo but I realize you don't know that. Lol
