Just saw an ad . Tractor teams $.52 a mile . Straight truck teams $.44 a mile . Also said spouse training on straight trucks . No experience necessary . Clicking the ad just connects to a driver application .

Panther is paying whatever they feel like paying We had 3 load offers come in all at once 1 for a $1 1 for a $1•10 and 1 for $1•25. I am sure you can guess what one I took

When my wife and I were driving for Panther Elite Services, we normally got $1.55 per mile, plus fuel surcharge and any bonuses or incentives to take the load.

I know the percentage arrangement for O/O's and fleet drivers but the ad I mentioned sounded like driver pay , not a percentage to the truck .

Truethat might be your contracted rate but Panther will offer you a low rate over the QC just to keep you moving freight is slow that is why they are doing this You don`t have to take the load and it will not count against you
