Easily over 10,000. They could move pretty easy with no forward or rearward pull of the chains. And who wraps the chains through the tie down points like that? Total hack job.

Id have run the chain from one side straight through tie-down holes and then to other side... Use 2 binders and leave slack hang between the-down holes... 2 completely independent anchors with 1 chain.
