yeah the funny thing about this this boy never reported it to USA Truck at the time they had to find out for themselves by watching it when it went viral..
however he was immediately brought in to the vandalia oh just on the north side of Dayton. once route it to the terminal told to clean out the truck and leave the property they didn't even give him a bus ticket out lol -

notice how he casually tosses pieces of the truck off into the woods thinking no one's going to see this y'all... not realizing he was being recorded the whole time. and that was the talk amongst the safety director at the time Billy Cartwright who is no longer there and now they have Allen Lowery in place who basically does not screw around reason they brought him in.
but yes by the time he got done basically tearing apart all the fairings knocking everything out finished the u-turn with a completely smashed up truck drove it down the road thinking he could pull this off and no one will see anything..
that is exactly what happened he did not report it he didn't say I screwed up making a u-turn I tore up your brand new cascadia at the time because this was about 2011-2012 it was a brand new truck they gave him..
but no as you know about great viral videos and trucking perhaps you do maybe you don't when it goes viral it means millions of seeing it it was the talk of the trucking threads it was the talk of at the time America's Trucking Network midnight Trucking radio now of course red eye Dave Nemo and many more..
it also caught the eye of landline it also caught the eye of many Trucking executives it also open up the eyes of USA Truck when it was not reported because other than that pickup over there there were no other witnesses except for the car behind and all he wanted to do was get around if you hear the honking car..
So yes once USA Truck saw what I aforementioned.. What commenced to take place exactly were what the ramifications and results were for that boi. -
I heard 2nd handed mind you that driver also has a DO NOT REHIRE on his company records AND has gone through several carriers since USA Truck fired him. He may not even be driving a CMV today.

so I knew it recorded it because it sensed a change in G-Force and leveling..
about a week later I called the company and I said did you give a little report from the lytx corporation that monitors the red light triggers they said now we didn't get nothing at all so basically they're the reviewers.
they look at it and if it's deemed something that should be sent to your company it is.
which means let's say you trigger a red light didn't realize it bobbling in your lane leave the road hit a gravel shoulder recorrect and brake whichis usually an easy way to trigger them. agood hard break somebody cut you off you jam on your brakes usually triggers a red light because it's wired through the dashboard now this is only what many are using the lytx system I don't know about the other ones... I have a Garmin dash camera but it's okay cuz it's mine and I just have that for protection I always have... so whatever the brake sensor shows kicks It Off..
however if it shows you the prior 8 seconds just driving normal you won't have to worry about anyting they just basically go about okay we got it thanks then they don't say anything at all..
NOW HOWEVER IF YOU TRIGGER A RED LIGHT AND YOUR TEXTING AWAY OR DOING SOMETHING STUPID THEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS DEPENDING ON HOW STRICT YOUR SAFETY DEPARTMENT IS..FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
