Actually? I liked the trainers at WE better than CR E. At CR E the trainers all seemed to have mental issues. WE the trainers were decent and understanding.

I just assume everything’s my fault. It just saves everyone time...

This trainee was on his last chance since he raged quit on his first trainer. Did the same to me...I was stunned. I believe he didn’t want to be there. Wasn’t willing to be taught, and had some interesting ideas about driving.

I’m very mellow and even keeled, and quite difficult to get angry. My wife believes he quit so he wouldn’t have to pay me back the cash I lent him so he could eat.

 

Ouch. You know Dave you’re in a select group on here whom I look to as a mentor.

With that statement I will work harder at being nice. Thank you for the goal.

 

All trainers suck. Myself included. We’ve got no clue. You need to be a therapist, parole officer, geographer, tech wizard, entertainer, activity counselor, and company man and with all that you still have to be a good professional truck driver.

The burn out in trainers is real.
