    I always have too warm up for the toe touch before Doc comes in, and prior to appt. Cuz chances are good I'll get down to my toes, chances are iffy I'll get back up.....:bootyshake:

    Dennisroc you should be fine.
    In 2004 I shattered L4,L5 , it took a while to heal. I pull a flatbed and stay active. Only time a dot doctor said anything, was about my scar. He thought I may have had a kidney transplant. No I broke my back.

    The Tens unit never did much good for me. I am doing okay and work everyday but you never know when things can mess up again.

    That was back in 1987 , I have no clue what it was. Nothing helped until I had surgery. Also had another surgery a couple years ago , same place same scar lol.
    66 and still crawling all over and doing maintenance on airplanes so I guess all is good for now.
