My Friday in a nutshell:




Went by fast at least.

There were, I think 45 of the Miller 250’s. There were semi trailers full of supply’s it was pretty amazing.

 

Just passed that awesome million dollar scale the broke state of California built on I-15...

Didn’t catch us slipping...

For why team are you doing?

 

Because I was forced too... basically. Didn’t have much choice in the matter and it means helping a fellow SPD driver make it home.

 

Times three it read to had I even. Wow !

( even I had to read it three times. Wow ! )

 

Your understanding is right on. I've seen more than one operator"turn the key" and do some dumb stuff that usually requires sheaves being replaced. Never seen a block dropped or a becket broke but I've seen'em come close!

 

That guy that bought those has more $$$$$ than God ! We have been hauling some out of there a few weeks back that were sold under the table if you get my drift. Looks like I may be runnin out of South Vienna in my near future !

 

I’ve turned the key in very narrow situations usually to load. But the two block had saved me a few times.
