Either check valve is bad in filter base and it's not letting it build pressure or transfer pump is bad or relief valve in transfer pump is stuck. Or injector o-ring is bad. Has the truck sat for a while ?

Try pressurizing the fuel tank first before doing anything.

How long I’m trying to get my new lines to grab fuel from the tanks help

Is there a hand primer on your filter base?
-
yes, this. Thread in a fitting in top of fuel tank and apply 1psi of air to tank. This will find any leak. just follow the drip. People go through way to many unnecesary procedures to find a leak. This is a simple and most effective method. If no leaks, A new fuel pump is cheap from cat, a little under 200 bucks. An idiot can install it. But before you do that, hook up a pressure gauge on the filter base mounted to the block in the port. See if it builds pressure during crank. I think its 70 psi. Should achieve that psi within a few seconds. If not, replace the fuel pump. 2 boltsOxbow Thanks this.

If you put all new lines on your pump is probably just sucking air. Fuel pump won't pump if it gets air. Need to use the primer pump to get all your lines filled back up with fuel. I would do like other suggestion and pressurize tank and crack a fuel line by filter till you get fuel out

ijust make sure you secondary is full with hand pump and it will indeed purge itself and fire within 3 seconds. This is the case when i changed my pump and primary feed line to the pump.
Im thinking this guys pump is trash
