My peppers are weak, but coming on — tomatoes are a month away — could dig spuds tomorrow — next owner will enjoy. Have 4 tomato barrels we can take with us.

    Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

Go down to the store and buy some spaghetti squash. That stuff is fantastic. Especially when you eat it like spaghetti with sauce and meatballs. In my opinion it tastes better than real spaghetti noodles and you will be spared the elevated heart rate trying to process all those carbs.

If I remember right, there isn't much of a cost differential, but it will take a bit longer to bake the squash as opposed to just boiling the noodles. But trust me, the taste is good.

You would have to talk to my wife about that.
Personally, I won't eat the stuff and I feel like it just takes up room in my garden.
However, despite the fact that I do not like squash, I shall pass along your recommendation.

    Well you are good sport.

Spaghetti squash doesn't taste the like the other squash in my opinion. It's a bit less sweet, maybe is the word.

What I can tell you for sure is I love spaghetti and spaghetti squash is even better because of the way it leaves me feeling after I've finished a full plate.

If it aint for you then it aint for you. There's a lot of other choices. That's just one "hack" I know of for spaghetti lovers to cheat the carb problem.

    Dave_in_AZ and tramm01 Thank this.

He’s 60. A nice guy and I swear he looks at the Qualcomm the same way bush people look at a bic lighter. :D

I’m 53. But I’ve always enjoyed tech so I stay update as much as I can. When I don’t I’ve got a 10 year old son who explains it to me very slowly.

57 — the boy explains, the daughter instructs — and I don’t hear to well when I don’t want to
