    I'm all for it.
Every time they pass one of these stupid laws,
I get a raise and work less.

They keep hammering truckers, won't be long
I'll be working 45 to 50 hours a week for my 1500 bucks.

I'll set the cruise at 62 and watch all the trucks
Try to run over one another.

They better be careful what they wish for...you get a couple of speed limited trucks along side of each other and the traffic jams will go for miles...

That's not all.... there will be much MUCH MORE road rage, more accidents, more stress... it's going to be bad for EVERYBODY.... and loads will be late, this will affect very negatively the whole industry...

Pay me by the hour w o/t after 8 and I'll run whatever ya decree, but only half way out cause I'm going home at the end of my shift.
And good luck with keeping any commodities reasonably priced

Yeah, I run a lot of back roads in PA and let's just say "the speed limits are far below any governor speed." Which isn't to say I can't get a good head of steam going on some of these secondaries.

Doesn't matter though, because from a full stop it takes 7 shifts to get to the speed limit, and one more to exceed it. So every time I stop for a light I get cut off because "oh I can't get stuck behind a TRUCK!"

Lady, I take this road 4 times a day 6 days a week for 8 years. I can go the entire length without using my brakes because I know when to lift off the throttle, and in about 3/4 of a mile I will be all over you, because you don't know where the #### you're going, and I have 2 more trips to make before 6pm.

LtlAnonymous, D.Tibbitt, stwik and 2 others Thank this.
