Here’s my blower set up. The guy that I run for installs them in their shop and his mechanics are pretty anal about getting them mostly out of sight. Everything is up between the fuel tanks with the hookup in the deckplate.
Still undecided, RockinChair, Suspect Zero and 4 others Thank this. -
Dang, that looks CLEAN.

Thats an awesome setup. I love pneumatic work but my blower is going to be coming off the truck. Pretty sure the last time I used it a couple months ago I cooked the seals out of it. Was transloading Magnesium Oxide out of a railcar and unfortunately the blower got deadheaded for a good 20 minutes. My truck was on the opposite side of the railcar as all the controls for the car. Was also parked in between 2 sets of cars. The track I was working on had all the cars hooked together so with earplugs in and the noise of everything bouncing off everything I couldn't hear the pressure relief valve screaming. Had shut off all but 2 hoppers aerators so things could pressurize up, set the mainline valve 1/2 way open then walked back around the end of the cars and there was smoke rolling out from under the truck and oil dripping off the blower that had been pushed out of the breather. Come to find out the aeroators where plugged up and not functioning properly. Haven't really used it but 1/2 a dozen times this year so thinking I wont miss it and its just dead weight sense Ive been running chemical tankers.
