Each orientation class ranges from around 10-15 people. They don't want that many drivers at once i guess. They won't have that many trucks ready for the new class anyways if they bring in that many people each week. I would say if you are a driver that likes to run HARD, hardly turn down loads that you don't like, then you'll be sucessful with JCT. They've got the miles for you to succeed. Any trucking company has a high turnover rate, it's just not for everyone. Recently there's been guys that only last a few months cuz mainly they aren't able to handle the 'hot runs' the ones where you have to run over 1000 in just enough time without stopping. Others might quit cuz they claim that they can't make any money. My opinion is if you manage your business good you'll do just fine with JCT.

Saw a truck at the QT off I44 in Tulsa that looked an awful lot like yours, LMB. But if my guess is right, you were probably in the NW at that time.

I dont know what the car rental will cost but a flight booked online is $169 if you buy in advance. 3 hrs in a plane sure beats 1.5 days in a car.

    The Challenger Thanks this.
