Wife is freaking out ! She is in the basement, me and the dog are on front porch watching the sky......gonna punch the sob if it tries to touchdown !! One was spotted 7 miles north west of me.

In all seriousness, it’s nothing to take lightly. If you even think something is up, get in whatever shelter you’ve got. They can be wrapped in rain and you think it’s nothing till it’s too late.

Ok story time. Left early for a 2 stop out east of Canton. Dump of 48k in 13 pallets. Gonna run up to OC in Medina and reload for am. Broker calls, "Hey they have a few extra skids and would you take them". Well sure, couple extra hondos and lets do this. So they don't scale you either. Now leaving Media, going west is a crap shoot. Media County scales on St Rt 18, or Lodi on 76/224. You could run Acme hill, but loaded with no sides and 18 skids on a 42 foot trailer looks full. Murder/suicide choice. Oh well Ill beebop up to 80/90 OTP. They let you on with 90k. Well fudge I trip the overweight alarm. This counter weight of a women comes out pissed. I tell her, lady its wrong. My bills say 43.5k and In no way am I over. Well she turns around and I hear, "GD stupid truck drivers". I just yelled "Fat Cow". So the nice lady, got a supervisor. She came out, I explained my delema. " Well it could be wrong, how about I give you a U turn ticket and you try it again". No problem. 2pm getting uturned looks bad. Got somethings together and rolled right on. Well hell now Im on, I wonder if they will take it today? Made that call did the boogie to Defiance. Now no left lane for my old bucket and mouse motor, but middle lane was a good ride. Time for a beer.

 

I'm keeping an eye to the sky...so far none of the tale, tale signs of one. Had some straight line winds past week took a huge branch out of one of my maple trees but nothing else.raining hard for a few but now Eriely quiet....this makes the hairs on my neck stand up !!
