Passed Level 1 except that the hour he had me on the side of the road a couple trucks got tangled up with some 4 wheelers in the construction and totally shut I-30 down. Being on an OD permit I couldn't just go around so, lost an hour with the inspection and another 2 hours with the wreck. Needless to say I will not be making my delivery in Quebec before they close on Friday due to loosing 1/2 a day tomorrow and all day Thursday. I needed to get right here where I'm at for the night but needed to be here 2 hours sooner to get a jump tomorrow morning. Unfortunately I'll loose just enough tomorrow morning to not make where I need to be at noon.
