So, I've read the posts and replies from others about replacing the sleeper suspension components. re: an earlier post of mine about air leaks...this is what (I think) is the cause. There's a whistle of escaping air for about 5min and then the wee bags suck in like a super model's cheeks.
Background info: '09 T660, 1.4m on the odo, not sure if any of this has ever been replaced before. I've read that you should air up the truck and then block the sleeper, wait for bag(s) to deflate and then get to work. My problem is the bags don't/won't inflate enough to get blocking under. I also can't seem to braille out how the blasted things are actually mounted. Will probably have a clearer picture once the new set are in hand.
My question is; without a bottle jack and assorted lengths of lumber, how would I get the sleeper high enough to get blocking under? Could a lever (read winch bar) raise it high enough? I'd have to get one side in the air at a time because curbside doesn't leave the frame even at 120 psi.
Tools, time and determination I have. Just need a couple pointers.
Thanks.

Manipulate the leveling sensor to raise the cab.

While you’re under there you might as well replace the cab shocks and front cab bushings, 1.4 million on them renders them just about useless.

This was my solution to raising the sleeper since the leveler valve was of no use. There's a safety block between the cab and the frame.
New bags and shocks on both sides. She sits up nice and level now.Attached Files:

There’s a keeper on the bottom stud of each airbag… pries right off.
