Know a few guys with them, I asked a guy with them if the cops pay more attention to home with them. He said not really but other people with party plates wave at him.

1 piece turned into 3, 103 degrees, 224 miles before they close. We got the bucket rocking to Toronto Ohio.

That’s just encouraging harassment, and I went to the state DUI banquet when I was on night shift. I wrote a lot of DUI’s, but I don’t like the idea. If someone had been to jail for burglary, would they put it on a tag? Drug possession? They open a lot of doors to unreasonable search and seizure with policies like that.Al. Roper, jamespmack, 7-UP and 15 others Thank this.

I agree, modern day scarlet letter. I’m curious did you participate in DUI checkpoints?Al. Roper, jamespmack, 7-UP and 15 others Thank this.

Not very often. We had a state funded grant to come out early and work traffic looking for them. We had one officer that would get a van when there were a lot of bars open. He would load the van up and drive them to the jail. He made so many arrests there wasn’t any officer in the state remotely close.
Later he was a master sergeant on evening shift and was seeing a married woman. She decided to break it off, and he couldn’t handle it. One day he comes to work drunk and has to be forced off the road by an ambulance in his patrol car because he is swerving all over the road. Obviously they fired him, right? Nope, they promoted him to dayshift Lieutenant and the moron is still there today.Al. Roper, jamespmack, 7-UP and 20 others Thank this. -
I was curious, I can’t put into words how much I hate checkpoints. That’s amazing that they would protect him.7-UP, jamespmack, PoleCrusher and 17 others Thank this.

I have a former coworker I myself arrested for DUI before he worked for the department. Then another dept arrested him for DUI. He started out as a dispatcher for us, and I kid you not, we picked him up and drove him home for months since his license was suspended. He is patrolling right now on evening shift for my old dept. It’s just the double standard that exists, which is why i have contempt for law enforcement.Last edited: Jul 3, 2019

I won't single out law enforcement - I have contempt for the protected class. The only time you see one with their feet to the fire is if the rest of them decided to make an example out of them.Al. Roper, jamespmack, 7-UP and 18 others Thank this.
