Issue load instructions to your driver. You have 100 drivers to take care of every day, 20 of them are needy, hand holding, sweet talking etc. The rest of them you can expect to get there on time.

Repeat and hunt down to talk to late drivers and say why. What they tell you will determine if they have a job or not. Sometimes it might be YOU who is in the hot seat.

Remember no place in the USA on the wall map in your office is further than 2 inches apart. Particularly in bad weather. Think about what your drivers will need when they get there and make arrangements for them before they ask. Eliminate the slackers asap.

 

Wait..wait... Now just hold on a minute, your telling me that drivers have NEEDS??? Drivers that have needs like showers, sleep, home time, don't belong on my board... Those don't make quotas. Those don't get loads there on time if I give them a late start on a repower. Stop giving him correct information, let the company he's going to work for train him properly, that way my bottom line is not disturbed in any way.
