ok guys. ive been broken down since sunday morning. im 2600$ out just for repair so far. not inclluding hotel and food. computer showed fuel pressure sensor then it showed fuel quantity valve selenoid. repaired both. computer is showing same exact things the shop repaired after it was replaced. it cranks but once you think itll go on it chokes out. any idea what it is. im fixing to tow it from arkansas to illinois. dd15 cascadia 830k miles. 2012

Pull fuel filters out and look for metal shavings in bottom of filter module. Take flashlight and look for metal in bottom of fuel tanks. Report back findings.......

post exact fault codes in format spn xxxx fmi xx . Fueling at cheap truckstops alot ? where did you get fuel last time ?
You are in wrong shop. Not every shop can handle the fuel system of DD15. This is the case when all troubleshooting must be done according to fault code and not by friend mechanic suggestion. What I am thinking you have bad fuel pump. Prey to god that you will not have metal shavings in fuel tanks. If fuel pump is bad all high pressure lines must be removed and checked for debris.

How many miles are you having it towed? That's gotta be a lot of money.

rail pressure must be monitored during starting(when starter turns engine to start). That shop should have checked to see if there was a 150 bar (2176 psi) rail pressure during starting.
