    Oh i wouldn't do that. Only good way to clean an engine is to remove, treat it down it and put it in a hot acid bath.

    Whaaat, it is amazing what Dawn liquid can do!

    Seriously though, it is done by pros. A few fellow drivers from Walmart who became O/O’s had this done on used vehicles they purchased and has kept them from having emissions related trouble. See below link.

    The only thing that goes in mine is Mobile 15 / 40 mineral lol. Uses 1 gallon @10,000 miles like clockwork. Unless i'm going east and west, then it may go to 13,000. I full PM every 20,000.

    Truck 2 is a '16 with DD15, he full PM's at 35,000ish, which is where he uses 1 gallon. Same oil.
