Parked at Cherry Knoll however the truckstop part is closed down, just the restaurant and ice cream stand still open.

These OD flags and banners are held on by bungies, I don't need either in QC so I may just need to remove them a few miles early. I don't look that oversize lol

 

Told dispatch today I have a passport, am willing to go to the US, want a FAST Card and am not afraid of sleeping in the truck (which apparently a lot of our drivers are).

So... they seem very eager (more than they already were) to get me doing fuel, because apparently they need a driver to run south with Avgas. Huh.

 

Oh... well for another few months anyway.

You can play where’s Waldo with this truck he’s currently hooked up to this 14’6” wide piece of tooling I loaded for him Wednesday. A big ### cart we laid down. Teamwork makes the dream work.

 

Those danm torsion bar suspended seats.... I swear they were like pogo sticks, the more you bounced the higher you went. I killed 2 Biltmore and 1 Stetson hat by beating them against the roof of a Western Star and a COE Freightliner before I got to ride an air-ride seat.
