Im not going to knock MMA. Just apply your will via pain on your opponent quickly before he does the same to you. IF necessary break something and get the problem stopped in your favor. FAST.

If you are faced with a 500 pound Fridge named Madmad you have problem. Thats when you evolve into using anything for a tool to fix the problem before he just makes a squeeze out of you.

No, I'm owned by the cats. But I met this lady down there that is absolutely regal. And she likes me, not a clue why. And she loves cats.

Left a gal in Houston once long ago. What a night. Should have stayed there. But it's for the best.

You meet all sorts of people out here. And very few would be worth taking home to be fair...

I think there is some truth there. If I were to meet myself out on the road.... doubt I would take me home.

I think I agree. I turn into something else when I am rolling 40 ton. It's not good. When I do get home with family, I spend a day decompressing so I can be who they remember as me. Two different worlds.

Here in Arkansas when home to my home with wife, all I needed was some time to sleep off the time difference and get started on the honey do without trying to be two lives.

I feel like I was that way when I was over the road. But now I have it down to a science. I get in my car, and it takes me the drive to the terminal to get into the driving head space. And then I punch out at the end of the day, and it only takes me the drive home before I am hugging my dogs while they jump all over me.

I think local is just as consuming. You just have a bigger sleeper, and better food.
