Try puting a thin piece of cardbord wedged under pigtail, while plugging it in.Bad pigtail? Ground.Does fuse keep blowing? Also check all battery connections on the battery.Loose negative will sometimes (even though truck runs and charges Good) will, cause intermittent random lights to not work,or come on .

I have a 2016 cascadia and I'm having a bit of trouble with the trailer lights I use one tractor and all the lights work I use the one assigned to the trailer and nothing which tells me its obviously the tractor. Where to begin, please help
Also on the same tractor that is able to make the lights on the trailer work the ####in brake lights stay on even when the truck is off . Grrr for a newer truck I dont think I should be having these problems
A little help in the right direction would be much appreciated , it will be worth your while I promise

drive toward freightliner dealer. That's the right direction.

If you suspect the truck ground may be the culprit, take a bar or anything and ground the fifth wheel, if the lights come on, you have a ground problem.
I pull company trailers that some have their own ground problems, I have installed a ground strap to my fifth wheel to make sure it grounds through the fifth wheel if nothing else. -
Wickedwettt6977 did you ever figure this out? My truck just started doing this tonight and I've been trying to figure out how to fix this issue.
