    Anyone know if Schneider is hiring inexperienced drivers? By that I mean, I have CDL but employed last 19 months at a class B job. Obtained CDL in July 2007.

    Yes they are hiring recent cdl driver cuz i just spoke to the rectruiter.They are hiring for tanker drivers.

    I posted this answer in another thread. I called yesterday and they are hiring new drivers for tanker, right now. But only hiring in the Dallas and Green Bay area. As for me in the Northeast, they said to call back in a month. Things are opening up again, slowly(recruiter says). Hope this helps you guys out.

    Hi, Can anyone tell me about Schneider's secretive idle policy. No recruiters will give me info. I get answers like "No excessive idling, it'll be covered at orientation, it depends on circumstances, etc" I've also heard from drivers "No idling between 30 and 90 degrees, also no idling ever." All I want is an answer. It seems like they're trying to hide something. Thanks
