Would anyone possibly know of a notary service along 287 between Colorado and Texas?

Go to a town hall. The town clerk is always a notary.
Some banks will only notarize for a customer and they will only notarize certain types of documents.

Land title companies
Just about any financial institution. -
Every car lot has a notary. They usually have easy parking also.
