Avoid All State Express!

Hard to understand why people would want to down play a company because you had a bad experience.
mostly all truck companies down play you on your DAC report. that's life if your the driver who wants to turn down loads because your not happy with it. then yes you will be sitting until a new load comes. most companies get certain loads a day. so do the math 500 miles to get me to a higher load then great. if I get there an no good loads are there. then give me another load out of the area. why in sam hell will I sit in a dead area. drivers are becoming more hard headed expecting companies to tend to there needs when there are drivers out there just trying to drive. point is when you was at orientation you should have asked questions not take it an complain later. pretty sure they will send your cry baby ### home. so you can look else where. STOP trying to screw other drivers over cause you have issues. its not safety's job to tell you how to drive but correct you when you screw up something they must spend they time correcting. a DM job is to give you loads. but if they know something I don't of coyrse tell me. its your choice to listen. ask yourself how many tickets you got. how many failed dot inspections you got. by not listening. god be with you all but chill out man an go to dart

 

The driver is right you do sit for days I know because I work here I know truck companies that pull from the load board that's moving everyday and every time they drop a load I never turn down a load and guess what I'm sitting and been sitting for 3 days not to mention I have a truck payment, insurance, escrow ,maintenance, fuel, taxes, for the few miles that I did run I don't know what load board they're on but this sh.. Isn't working you average about 2000 miles a week if you're lucky 2300 the work the loads is not here I had to learn the hard way like they say you made the bed now you have to sleep in it so drivers before coming over here ask your self do you want these headaches or do you want to worry free! I'm sticking with it because I'm far in the lease but Once I make my last payment I'm running FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND I KNOW MY TRUCK WILL BE HAPPY LOL ps. Checks fluctuate the lowest I seen was 77.65 I can show you my settlement with no problems it's real THEIR load board sucks
