Pantherii Is A Very Good Company To Work For. My Husband And I Drove A Freightliner Straight Truck With Pantherii For 8 Months. Like Any Other Company There Are Good Times And Bad Times. Our Truck Grossed Over 80,000.00 In The Eight Months We Were With Them. We Left Pantherii Because The Truck Owner Was Dishonestly Taking Most Of The Truck Earnings (we Received Less Then 20,000 Of The 80+ The Truck Made). I Would Not Hesitate To Return To Pantherii As A Driver If The Need Arose.

Very true. My wife and I drove for Panther as well. We LOVED Panther. The dispatchers treated us right. Rick Trusso was a great guy as well. We drove for All-State Express prior to Panther, but All-State is a joke.

We drove for a fleet owner and made great money. The only reason we left was, like Pardel, a problem with the truck owner. We were told that we should be out 3 weeks and could come home for 1 week. Well, we stayed out for 12 weeks and got yelled at for coming for a week.

If Panther gave us a crappy run, they always rewarded us for taking it with a killer run afterwards.

If you're getting into expedite, go with Panther and stay the hell away from a company like All-State Express.

Panther II is not the compant to work for. check your reciepts before you blame the owner. yes some owners are crooks but i found out that Panther is the crook most of the time. the owner dont get anything that panther dosnt want them to have, like dryruns hand loads and even empty moves. and yes bonuses. try not to look at the total check, look at what was paid for and you will find that most of the time something is missing. Panther will say that the owner took it. if that is so true, why do they first say they will have to look in to it? when they have it in front of them? when you give them the pro number.:biggrin_2559:

There is more work for tractors and less competition for work . Expedited will give the same miles as OTR now with a higher rate . Posts about fleet owners and straight trucks don't have anything to do with leasing a tractor to Panther .

I work for panther and I have a team and been sittin for a week now! They keep thing me to stay where I am and I will get a load. When u try to call them they don't return your calls. Its owners like us with one truck tring to make a livin and u can't with them. They pick there fav trucks and gives the loads to them first instead of the board that your on.

i have been with panther long enough to know you cannot make it with 1 tractor running solo. You only get 1000-1200 miles aweek avg.

2500 miles a week AVG at Panther Dream Team......and have you noticed that most of the people that reply to Panther questions are past drivers......"when we drove for or i drove for" comes up a lot and that along should tell you something Dreamteam!
