    Steers you get an authorization from LCAPP.

    Drives you have to authorization from management.

    I go out of pocket $0. They take back over like 8 or 10 settlements. Steers is 4.

    If you are in the red or something else nefarious, they will still give you the discount, which is f HUGE, but you have to pay up front.
