Where is everyone #5

Well it depends on where we are... seafood is always a good idea... unless you're nowhere near water. Chinese has promise of being decent if you pick the right one.... competition keeps them on their toes. Soul food? Again, depends on where you are.
Hard to go wrong with Mexican food. The best places make use of wildly contrasting paint colors and they make their kids work for them.

Chain restaurant should be a last resort, but still a far cry better than ramen noodles or gas station roller weenies.

Oh...and yes.

 

My theory is that the occasional $300 worth of food for the crew and supervisors will pay dividends later with faster load times, less delays getting paperwork, maybe even getting some loads preloaded.

Any lurkers out there thinking of striking out on their own should know that things like this are what greases the wheels of commerce.

 

Been kinda hibernating this past week. Didn't do a dang thing but relax at home. The wife started nagging me Saturday so I goggles how to stop a wife's nagging. It came up with a list and plan ! LOL I showed the wife and we both got a good laugh !.......it worked !!

Almost 4pm...

Was almost half expecting a dispatch to appear on the Peoplenet this afternoon... guess not... I got zero plan for tomorrow then. Holy cow, I may sleep in!

Yeah... EXPENSIVE water colors!

 

Plenty of water. Plenty of seafood places. Went to one a few days ago and told the hostesses that I wanted to sit in the ugly waitress section. The two hostesses looked nervously at each other and responded, “We don’t have an ugly waitress!” Then, one thought for a bit and said, “Miranda.”

 

The ugly ones have to put some effort in earning that tip. And probably have better attitude anyway.

I'll get one on my Um thang. It will say Ken. Then when it is um.. played with it will say" Kenworth the large car of all time !! " .....but then I'll have to figure out what to do with all the other space !
