Newbie.... blah blah blah....yadda yadda yadda

This is weird. I would go a few days then take a shower OTR. No big deal didn't bother me. But now at home? Every single day I wanna take a shower. I just don't feel adequate unless I have just taken a shower. Maybe I should take more than one a day?
The new job. I'll have mud all over me everyday. Will have to take a shower everyday.
My poor cat. I brought her home. Strange pickup truck on ride home. She did ok. But I carried her inside. She took off in the house. For three days she treated me like I was to be feared. She was all traumatized. Now she's settled down. Spends time with me. Sleeps with me and all. Poor thing.
Idiot me got my front porch ready to paint. Weather reports and all. Should have been able to start today. Woke up... rain. Doh!

 

I'm not sure what or if I'm going to do anything with my house.
I admit I do really like this house. It's just right for me.
I need to make this job work out first.
Then I'll consider just what I'll do on homes.
Might end up with two homes?
One thing is for sure. With my being around more. I'll be getting this place in top shape. Kind of shape I could sell it if I want to.

Here I thought I was something. 18 months experience, 185K miles. Got a six figure driving job now. And.... I outright got spanked... I failed... I'm a dufus...
Last night I drove a Rocky Mountain Doubles. Then.... tried backing it.... Doh!

 

The nicest thing happened to me.
At about 4am. I was up on a catwalk at the top of some water and oil tanks. I was gauging one tank. Then...
I bird flew up and landed on my arm. Just sat there. Being friendly.
It's made my whole month.
