    Had the same phone number since '05 when I moved here. This my second address. Moved 2 miles to be in the City of Peoria because we lived on the street that divided Peoria and Glendale. All Dad's doctors and dialysis were in Peoria. Peoria dial a ride would not pick him up on our side of the street.
