I’m not sure, but that looks like a regular freightliner truck, not an extended (apartment) sleeper.

 

Maybe put in a few RV hook ups. Could be a nice little side money-making thing.
Offer breakfast and get a higher rate.

 

LOL my wife got a raise and she thought she was getting less money as they reduced her hours per week by 2.5.
She was doing $12 per hour x 40 hours = $480 gross. Now its $13 per hour x 37.5 hours =$487.50 gross per week.

Dave does not need electrical hookups. He can not see good enough. He could electrocute himself!

Add some picnic tables, a few fire pits.

Have a KOA down the road, they get like $45.00 a nite with hook-ups. They do have a laundry room and pool.

 

I have never understood the attraction of camp grounds... Why pay $$$ when you could just drive 5 or 10 miles off nearly any interstate and find a place to pitch a tent... Only difference is that instead of a shovel you take disinfectant spray when nature calls in a campground.
