That driver will file an insurance claim with his insurance, get a repair estimate and get a check less deductible. Then his insurance will get the $$ from your insurance and reimburse him the deductible.
It's up to the driver (if o/o) or the company if they are going to fix the damage or live with it.
By the way I really want to see that "minor" scratch on the hood. A trailer rubbing on a fiberglass hood is never minor.buddyd157 Thanks this. -

Hate to say this but that's not minor. Looks like an indent on the fender where the trailer made contact. Theyll have to push that back out.upnorthwpg, Bakerman, buddyd157 and 1 other person Thank this.
