    This is the hood mirror.
The door mirror had no damages. The zip ties where there from before.

Well, you did damage to at least one mirror (chunk of plastic gone) and the hood (Huge dent where you "just scraped" it. A new mirror the insurance company is paying for is a drop int he bucket compared to the new hood that is needed.

And why do you care anyway If he commits fraud against the insurance company that's between him and the insurance company. Not that I think he would be if he got the mirrors replaced, mind you....
Even a scrape on the outside of the plastic on the mirror and at least the housing will be replaced by insurance. It will be fixed 100% like it was before your poor driving damaged my property.

And remember, it WAS your poor driving that caused damage to my property. I don't care what it costs you, I will be made whole.....

you said you folded in BOTH mirrors, so you broke that one as well....

this is what happens when one is either in a hurry or is not fully paying any attention.

you always have to be away of the tail swing.

good luck, but this will cost your company money. may even get you suspended/chewed out, or DAC'd for an accident, but it will definately go on your employment file at the company, as an accident..

    A Dry Van.
Some of the black marks on the hood are from the black rubber pieces behind the trailers. That rubbed against the hood. I did not see the hood get pushed in though.

Lets see what the insurance adjuster says.

It’s on you. Unfortunate, let your insurance handle it, and learn from it.
