I can't believe what I just watched on the news. @4mer trucker it's from up your way. The police are going to charge a guy with voluntary manslaughter after beating a car jacker to death for trying to jack his car with 3 kids inside...What the actual forq?!?! I guess we're just supposed to lay down for dirtbags nowadays. This is why I believe I was born 50 years late. In times of normal thinking that guy would have got a pat on the back and been told to have a nice day!

Had a roadside level 1 in Clintonkansas back on the 2nd and he checked EVERYTHING. I was kinda surprised at the depth he went into things but I got stickers and my $75 attaboy. First time I've actually had to take the triangles out of the box, show spare fuses/bulbs and show I have blank paper logs. Had to produce a BOL/permits showing dimensions for a load the week before where I skipped my 30 minute break. I'm sure he thought he had me on that one but I scan and file everything from every load.
