You would know if there were criminal charges. It’s not like you can be charged & convicted of something without knowing it.
No charges, No conviction= it never happened!!!
Look i did some stupid stuff when i was a kid got caught paid the price. Juvenile records are sealed. Got my cdl at 21 years old and never mentioned anything that i got in trouble for as a kid.
In your case you’re not even lying or with holding information. You didn’t get caught legally, that’s all that matters.Chinatown Thanks this. -
You best check both mvr's. In Illinois their is 2 mvr's. I get a copy of both every year.

Don't apply with Prime Inc. They won't hire anyone that's ever been fired. They'll find out because they do a deep background check.

North America is a very religious and God fearing nation so with that in mind you should find many employers would and should know what forgiveness is and giving someone a second chance best to check what the requirements are for each individual company with regards traffic history even though the company may give you a start it is sometimes the insurance that could be an issue and you may be declined because of this factor.

In most states your previous employer can only verify dates of employment and whether or not you are eligible for rehire.FlaSwampRat and Opus Thank this.

I did not see if you had a CDL at the time of this crash or not. Either way, it really doesn't matter that much. You have no history of DUI. What you do have most likely is an entry in the insurance CLUE database and that red light charge. Make sure you are honest about the accident. Otherwise, stay quiet about the hospital testing. I see no real reason you can't get a job as a driver.Chinatown Thanks this.

You need to pull your HireRight report and see if that or any other negative information is on it. The trucking company you sign on with will check your references, though for new drivers they usually don't go back more than three years. What do you think your previous employer would say about you now?
How does a workman's comp claim get rejected? Were you at work when the accident happened? -
Rejected because he was under the influence at time of accident.
-
That shouldn't make any difference for workman's comp insurance claim.
