Is it just the color or are they specd weird? This is just a Google image but the brand new ones are even more front heavy looking. publixtruck2018.jpg 67080619-man-with-belly-obese-male-outdoors-serious-health-problem-high-risk-of-hernias-.jpg

Ya know how they say dogs and their owners begin to look alike? Publix wants trucks and their drivers to do the same.

In case people don't know who or what a "Publix" is, it's probably the best supermarket in Florida, and surrounding states. Produce to die for, great people, treated fairly makes a difference. I thought of moving to Florida at one time, and was going to apply at Publix. Now, what a Publix truck would be doing with a flatbed, is beyond me.:biggrin_2559: And Freightliners always looked weird,,,,that IS a Freightliner, no?

there prices change everyday. i use to get a Cobb salad at publix. one day its 5.99. the next day its 6.99. yes they have a great selection. but prices are to high for a large family.

Actually, it was my ex-gf that was going to apply. This was like 10 years ago, they had an ad in the paper. As good a company as they may be to drive for, even their drivers can't escape the shenanigans of todays drivers.

That appears to be a short nose Turdcadia, which like most new trucks is a strange looking contraption.
