    You could say that.
    You a independent contractor.
    They take no taxes out.
You have to pay your own taxes.

    No vacation,
    No unemployment,
    No health insurance,
No nothing, but what they pay you.

    Everything else is on you.

Lets review - 3 jobs, 2 accidents and 1 speeding ticket in your first year. This is a large obstacle that you have created for yourself. You should expect to get crushed on this forum. Save the excuse and get your s&*t together. See the attached link .

I wouldn't advise a lease purchase. You're trying to turn your life around and a l/p will probably make your problems worse.

@Chinatown will be along directly. He usually has good suggestions for drivers in trouble. The jobs you're going to get will be crappy but keep your head down, don't have any accidents, stay at the job even though it truly sucks, and after a couple of years you'll be able to do what you want.

National Carriers might hire you, if they hire in Arizona. They hire in Southern California, so maybe you have a chance.

If that was your first year, perhaps instead of truck driving, buy a hot dog cart instead. Push it VERY CAREFULLY to your corner each morning.

Your logic is flawed. If a 30 yr veteran of the road had your record that would be acceptable. You have been able to bury yourself in one. I made plenty of errors in judgment in my career. Perhaps stay out of the cab for awhile try something different. Give your license time to heal. If you still want to drive then give it another go. Good luck.
