    That stems from a Civil Forfeiture problem that plagues many locals around the USA> One person got cited over a traffic problem and the Law came and seized and fortified his 42000 dollar Land Rover.

    The owner now has to replace the vehicle which will run him another 42000 and maintain payments on the seized vehicle Or be sued by collections.

    That kind of talk comes up now and then in our State House. One way or another this will become a new normal.
