Got a friend in the culinary world telling fellow chefs pop ibuprofen pills all day...Are truckers allowed to take any OTC pain relief pills? Or this is prohibited? Or it's the MG amount?

Outside of anything alcohol based as long as it is OTC a driver is good. I would stay away from anything with alcohol.

Ibuprofen is legal. I currently take 800 mg 2x daily for arthritis in my shoulders for about the last 2 years.
I have my liver checked twice a year.... every year, along with all my other blood work.Chinatown, JoeyJunk, RussianBearTruckeR and 2 others Thank this. -
I love taking it for aches and pains, but more than a couple days my stomach starts not liking it. It's perfectly legal for drivers.
