I’ve got the same problem I caulked the clearance lights the windshield still leaking I think it’s the seam on the roof I want to try to seal that up I’ll let you know if it works

classic Freightliner thing had a 2000 Century that did it a 2004 classic that did it never was the windshield it was in the seam of the body...do I see a lot of people with freightliners from the cascadia's to the Columbia's to the classics even the Coronado's you know it's a lot of times they have a towel in the windshield keeping everything dry

85% sure it's coming from the clearance/marker lights above the windshield. Just remove them and spray some silicone lube on both sides of the gasket. Not the silicone gasket stuff! silicone spray on lube.
Just some red or green grease would probably work also, whatever you have on hand... white molly.. -

Permatex Flowable Silicone Windshield and Glass Sealer
With flat screwdriver try to open the edge of rubber seal and put this staff in there. do for all 5 light.QUALITYTRUCK Thanks this.
