My dad had a full head of jet black hair until he died. I, on the other hand, did not inherit this gene. I did, on the other hand, inherit the occasional deek head gene.
    Robbed again.

My dad's name was Richard, but everyone called him Dick.
I came up with a joke one time and said, "wouldn't it have been cool if your parents had named to Richard Edward, then everyone could call you Dick Ed!"
    He never got the joke

What a difference in my attitude a different trailer makes.

The one I’m pulling to Denver today is from the same batch as the last one, but it pulls like a dang dream. Smooth, good brakes etc... only 13k in the box...I like going up the Cajon pass at 55mph. LOL

Looking forward to the thunderstorms on Vail tonight. I haven’t received my back haul preplan yet. Hoping to be home by Monday now to hang with the family...

Allegedly my wife is going on the next run with me. I do enjoy having her on the truck. The only weird part is all my rules go out the ####ing window with herer. But, ya she’s a great travel partner and super mellow and helpful. She’ll make coffee and talk about things I care about. It’s really nice.

Weighed myself this morning. I’ve officially put on 40lbs since becoming a driver. I’m a #### fat truck driver woooohoooo! Seriously not happy about it.

Regardless of where I go next I’m going to make some changes. My truck has to have a fridge and inverter. Truck stop food is apparently trying to kill me.

Without starting any BS I got banned from the #5 thread for flatbedders. Turns out I’m a troll and an #######. I was just having some fun and thought people were playing along. Nope. I was asked to leave nicely by one of the long time members and I capitulated. Sorry I ruffled some feathers there. Wasn’t my intention. Anyway... I received a stern warning from a Mod as well. I understand and I made my bed. It’s all good.

Last thing in my X1 length post is this. I’ve met a lot of people here online and some in person. I truly appreciate all the help I’ve been given here freely. I hope that in my current job as a trainer that I can pass that along to other new drivers. I think they more those new drivers know the better it will be for all of us.

    Cheers.

Otter....stay away from the fried stuff and pop and you'll be fine.
As to your wife running with you, I say "well done." As it turns out, its your penance for trolling the flat bed people's forum.
    Happy trails :)

We're talking serious long haired freaky people here.

My brother on the other hand has slightly less hair than a bowling ball.

I know the feeling... And I try not to eat TS food more than twice a week. Ive probably gained 15 or so pounds... But I've always been a skinny, so it really shows. Gone up from 30 to 32 in waist in 1.5 years
