Nice setup. Sure better than some 1 ft. square refrig. or ice chest.

Please, please tell me that you are not ruining the Blue Bell with Hershey's syrup.
That would get you hung in Texas. :)

    NavigatorWife and Chinatown Thank this.

Haha! No, not exactly. The only Blue Bell I put Hershey's syrup on is their Homemade Vanilla. I like the contrast between the vanilla and the chocolate. But nothing else! :)

Oh, one other thing I forgot to mention!

You need to peel the protective coating off the sides and top, and then apply a baby locking device to ensure the fridge stays closed when things shift.

I recommend buying 2 of the
Safety 1st Multi-Purpose Strap Appliance Lock, Black, 2 pack (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Safety-1st-Multi-Purpose-Strap-Appliance-Lock-Black/20684300) so you have four of them. I put two on the fridge door and one on the freezer door. Save one for backup in case the others fall off or for some other use. (My cabinets don't stay closed very well, so I've actually bought several of these and use them to keep the cabinets closed as well.)

Be sure that anything you put in the fridge is water tight so that it doesn't leak everywhere.

That’s a lot of dollars for a fridge

It is a lot, but its an actual refrigerator, not a truck stop cooler.

I just did a 2 week trip (vacation) i set the temp at 34 and it stayed 34. It didnt matter if i was on the mountain (20 cold) or in the desert (102 hot) the temp never fluctuated.

    Best investment i have made.
