Yes it does, but hard to see when unhooked setting on the ground. If you look at the passenger side hydraulic ram you can see the dog resting against the end of the barrel. It only has two positions on the dogs, but you can shim it out if you want them higher. You should be familiar with it as it is a 96 Aspen.
